Dovetail Joints

Nearly all drawers in the cabinets we make are joined with dovetails.Half blind dovetails are a bit more complicated but I can turn out a regular five inch drawer – doing it by hand from pre-sized lumber in less than 25 minutes.No machines involved, just an Igokora Japanese hand saw and a good chisel.
